WHAT DOES THIS ROLE OFFER:
We are seeking to hire a full time, permanent Financial Services Tax
Director to join our leading tax practice within the Asset & Wealth
Management tax team.
_YOU WILL_ be joining a team of tax professionals led by Ronan
MacNioclais who is one of the eight Tax Partners in the wider
Financial Services tax team. As a Director you will support the
Financial Services Tax Partners in building business for the firm,
leading and delivering assignments and developing and managing teams.

Lead and manage a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio.
*
Deliver tax planning projects for clients, including the development
and maintenance of new product and service offerings.
*
Develop and maintain deep business relationships and market profile,
with a view to winning business for the Firm.
*
Be at the forefront when representing developments in both Irish and
EU legislation/regulations to our clients.
*
Lead both internal and external meetings and projects.
*
Be responsible for a team of people, ensuring they have the resources,
coaching and guidance needed to deliver on client projects.
ABOUT YOU:

_YOU ARE_ AITI / CTA qualified (or equivalent).
*

*
_YOU HAVE_ strong leadership skills and a proven record in building a
team with the capacity and capability to deliver.

_YOU HAVE_ excellent delegation skills and the ability to manage and

have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

_YOU HAVE_ excellent business development and relationship management
skills, while still maintaining the ability to take direction from Tax
Partners and clients.
